QAES Completes First European Partner Training in Germany

·

In early May, QAES hosted its first European partner training in Neukirch am Bodensee, Germany, bringing together partners from Germany, Serbia, Montenegro, and Greece for a three-day technical certification programme.

From 4 to 6 May, the training focused on the Luminary-261 AC – QAES’s C&I cabinet-type storage solution, of which more than 3 MWh has already been installed in Germany, with rollout now underway across Europe and the Western Balkans. The programme covered both theory and hands-on practice, with modules on system architecture (BMS, local controllers, PCS, fire suppression, liquid cooling), installation, FAT and SAT procedures, operation and maintenance, cloud platform and EMS, as well as commissioning, remote access, fault analysis, and emergency scenarios.

On the final day, participants completed a technical workshop and certification interview. Ten specialists from seven partner companies across four countries received QAES certification.

“We wanted to move beyond training and build real partnerships,” said a QAES Europe representative. “Our goal is to enable partners to plan, install, and maintain QAES solutions independently, with the confidence and support of a strong local network.”

In addition to the technical sessions, the event also included a team gathering in the Lake Constance region, offering participants the opportunity to connect beyond the classroom.

The training is part of QAES’s growing locally anchored service and partner network across Europe and the Western Balkans. The company expects to hold similar certification programmes in other regions as its partner ecosystem continues to expand.
